ENDO 2024 FAQs

The Endocrine Society’s Annual Meeting, ENDO 2024, will take place on June 1-4 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) located at 415 Summer St., Boston, MA 02210.

Registration for the ENDO 2024 will be open on January 17, 2024 for members of the Endocrine Society! Please check back for further information and for the link to our official ENDO24 Registration site.

No, the rate for group registrants is the same for that of individuals.

Participants and attendees can collect their event badges at the Registration Desk in the North Lobby of the BCEC during the following days & times, all Eastern Time (ET):

Friday May 31, 2024: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday June 1, 2024: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Sunday June 2, 2024: 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM
Monday June 3, 2024: 7:00 AM – 5:45 PM
Tuesday June 4, 2024: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Yes, attendees can register for one-day only for ENDO 2024. 

Obtaining a travel visa to attend a meeting in the United States may take longer than usual. For information on the anticipated timeline, please visit the State Department website.
 

The recommended attire for ENDO24 will be business casual. 

Coat and luggage check are available at your event hotel. In addition, the Endocrine Society will offer coat and luggage check in the North Lobby of the BCEC on Monday and Tuesday.

The Opening Reception in ENDOExpo and Basic Science Reception, both of which offer light refreshments and beverages, as well as daily coffee service are included in the price of your ENDO registration. There will also be food carts available in the exhibit hall to purchase food during ENDOExpo, a food court in the BCEC, and a variety of locations near the BCEC.

Yes, plenary sessions, a select number of scientific program sessions will be recorded. These on-demand sessions will be available for attendees who purchased a Premium registration approximately one month after the conclusion of ENDO 2024.

There will be a limited number of available meeting rooms to book at the BCEC for exhibiting companies only. Information on how to secure a meeting room at the BCEC will be available in early January.

For Android Users:  

Follow the steps below:  

  1. Download now. 
  2. If you receive a warning about the file being harmful, select “Download anyway.”
    The official ENDO 2024 Android app can ONLY be downloaded from endocrine.org.  
  3. Once downloaded, approve permission for installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.  

Please note: The app for Android is not available in the Google Play store. To install, ensure your device allows installation of unknown apps.  

 

To streamline transactions and increase security, ENDO 2024 will be a cashless meeting. We will accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express for all purchases at the ENDO store and registration desk. 

No, we do not anticipate there being any volunteer opportunities available for the ENDO 2024. 

At this time, the Endocrine Society is requiring that all in-person attendees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19Fully vaccinated attendees are not required to wear masksWe request that you engage in the behavior that makes you feel the most comfortable while at ENDO 2024We will have masks available at hand sanitizer stations through the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.

If, for whatever reason, the situation changes (including, but not limited to, the reinstatement of the COVID-19 emergency declarations), we will review/revise the policy to reflect the current environment.

Diversity and Inclusion  

The BCEC is ADA accessible and designed according to ADA requirements. If you need assistance onsite locating an elevator or have other questions about accessibility, please speak to a member of the Endocrine Society event staff at any of the registration or information desks. If you have questions prior to the event, please email meetings@endocrine.org.

A limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge through the First Aid Station. Scooter rental is available through Scootaround. Call 1-888-441-7575 or visit the Scootaround website for additional information. 

 

The BCEC has a Mamava Pod – free-standing, private lactation suite for new mothers, specifically designed for breastfeeding and pumping, located on Meeting Level 1. Each Mamava Pod has a SmartLock with Bluetooth technology that connects with the Mamava Mobile App, allowing mothers to reserve, find, and unlock the pods through their smart phones. 

KiddieCorp will be providing onsite childcare and youth programs for ages six months to 12 years for an hourly fee during the following days & times:

  • Saturday, June 1: 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Sunday, June 2: 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Monday, June 3: 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday, June 4: 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Hours are subject to change based on registrations. 

Please note: Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter any Endocrine Society event(s), education session rooms, or ENDOExpo.

Yes. There will be a quiet room located in Room 107A in the BCEC. 

Service animals will be allowed at ENDO 2024.
