In this webinar we will discuss resistance to androgen receptor (AR)-targeted therapy in prostate cancer, the various molecular mechanisms through which AR activity is restored after therapy, and new treatment approaches involving next-generation AR-targeting agents and/or combination therapies.

  • Learn mechanisms of androgen receptor reactivation following initial androgen receptor signaling inhibition.
  • Understand how various androgen receptor signaling inhibitors work and when they are used in patients.
